The super keen cutting blade will cut through matboard, cardboard or foamboard up to 1/4" (6.3 mm) thick. A steel wheel cutting unit is enclosed for scoring single and double strength glass - and thicker glass up to 1/4" (6.3 mm). In addition, a special scoring tip is included for scoring plastics and acrylics up to 1/4" (6.3 mm) thick. A simple press of the breakout lever will project twin rollers to apply pressure to each side of the score, producing a clean break.
